TeamCindy™ is a fundraising arm of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, the nation’s premier nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support, and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysms. Each year, brain aneurysm ruptures cause nearly 500,000 deaths worldwide. Traditionally, awareness campaigns and advocacy have not focused on a younger demographic despite half of these victims being under 50.

Our Youth Ambassador Program is one of the many ways we address this issue by educating our community about the prevalence, detection, and prevention of brain aneurysm ruptures. It provides an opportunity for young people to become involved in a national nonprofit organization, merging civic engagement and leadership development for high school and college students. This valuable experience grants our ambassadors a competitive edge in the college application process and in the workforce after graduation. The program is open to applicants aged 15 – 22.
